Label Love: Miss Selfridge

So in continuing my ever-exposed anglophilia, this week's Label Love is one that those of you across the pond are all probably painfully familiar with. Miss Selfridge, as you can probably guess from the name, appeals to the girl in all of us, much to the horror of my ten-year-old tomboy self. Seriously, when I say horror, I mean it. She refused to wear dresses and thought light up LA Gear sneakers were as chic as you could get. 

Luckily, stores like Miss Selfridge keep people like me with fashionably unreliable inner-children accountable and cute. They love anything with a retro feel - like me, they love florals, flowy clothing and fringe anything.

The designers at Miss Selfridge even teamed up with hit TV series Gossip Girl to create a line catered specifically to the likes of the Blairs, Serenas, Jennys and Vanessas of the world. This collection flaunts upper east side glamor in the styles of four very different girls.

They are slowly starting to globalize their store locations: they have boutiques in Russia, Thailand and even Israel, but have no fear if there isn't a store by you. They ship all over the world! Time to break the piggy banks, ladies. You're going to want to hit the ground running to their online store after taking a peek at their collection.
