10 Year Old Model Editorial in Paris Vogue: Fashion Taken One Step Too Far?

Thylane Lena-Rose Blondeau is a 10-year-old girl from the Ivory Coast. But she's not like any other 10-year-old girl. Blondeau has a modeling portfolio that could trump those of girls twice her age. This young modeling sensation has been buiding her impressive resume for the past few years, including a shoot for Vogue Enfants.

Although most of her shoots are age-appropriate and not at all alarming, there are a few that display the girl in a light that is rather disturbing, especially since the poor dear probably doesn't even really know what her poses may suggest. Some people have chalked it up to the over-sexualization of children at too young of an age and others have pointed fingers to irresponsible parenting or the exploitation of the youth by the fashion and entertainment industries. (All of which could be factors culminating to maybe even more disturbing photos in the future.)

Shes already garnered quite a bit of interest in pop culture. She has her own f*ckyeah Tumblr page and the ever-infamous, kind of creepy YouTube video montages of her various shoots.
